Norway has lost and gained a king on Friday, and I spent the day with thousands of others outside the royal palace in Oslo trying to make sense of what is no more and what is yet to come. I spoke to the World at One on BBC Radio 4, RTE, The Briefing on Monocle Radio and BBC Radio Wales.
