This year’s Nobel Peace Prize has been awarded to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons. The Norwegian Nobel Committee which awards the annual prize operates behind closed doors and in greatest secrecy. Their deliberations are kept secret for 50 years – and then you won’t even find any minutes, because there aren’t any.
