“I would have done it again” – the words of the extreme-right Norwegian mass-killer Anders Behring Breivik in court as the ten week long trial against him began in Oslo earlier this month. Breivik killed 77 mainly young people in a politically motivated killing spree last July, and appeared remorseless as he gave evidence in front of families of the dead, and many of those he injured.
