A new TV series aims to disclose unknown secrets of the lives of dinosaurs – by using modern forensic technology. Jurassic CSI, which started screening on the National Geographic Channel this week, aims to go into the minds, under the skin and inside the bones of the pre-historic giants. The series is groundbreaking in its use of experts from a range scientific disciplines – and most of them come from the University of Manchester in the UK.
