Norwegians are particular about their Christmas traditions. They will swear on their lives that Santa comes from Norway – NOT the North Pole and definitely not Finland. Food traditions are highly regional with dried cod favoured by some, while others swear by smoked and steamed lambs’ ribs. But what do they drink?
