Becore this year’s Paris Olympics, thousands of athletes were enthusiastically gearing up to beat records, but this year there were also serious fears about what hotter weather would mean for performances – and even athletes’ health and safety. Now, a new report highlights the challenges and dangers that climate change poses to those vying for Olympic glory. This is my report for Inside Europe on Deutsche Welle.
