Russian vessels have been largely banned from European ports since the invasion of Ukraine two years ago. But three ports in Northern Norway still allow Russian fishing boats to land their catch. Some politicians there want a complete stop to this. And now, there are also questions about what some of these boats might really be up to, as I report from Tromsø for Inside Europe on Deutsche Welle Radio.
