Anders Behring Breivik, the far-right terrorist who killed 77 people with a car bomb and during a shooting spree at a political youth camp in Norway in 2011 is suing the Norwegian state. He argues his lack of human contact in prison is in breach of his human rights. I spoke to BBC Scotland to give more background.
